What to do while I'm on hiatus but likely bored for a day or two?

In honor of Ryuunosuke passing 21K a while ago, Nango 3K, Philip 2K, Hino 1K, J 1K, Ozu being brand new still and ... none of this besides Ryuunosuke is really noteworthy. Moving on!

ASK A QUESTION it can be anything CFUD related, OOC, IC, Relationship, psychology, thoughts, whatever. I.E. My character's opinion of your character or maybe what you have been wondering about this behavior or that, or general thoughts on my characters or canons or what, who I might consider topping you into apping, etc.

RYUUNOSUKE|KOTOHA: We are the team derps. Well, us and Genta. It's pretty adorable, always! Ryuunosuke loves Kotoha dearly like the shinkenmafia member she is, and he wants to protect her virtue and mostly her virtue because she is a very capable samurai and knows how to defend herself, which he respects greatly. (That doesn't mean he wouldn't shank anyone who hurt her.) He is also SUPER EXCITED about her going out with Chiaki, and he trusts in him to treat her well (he better) and it just gives him warm belly fuzzies to think about. Ah, young love.

RYUUNOSUKE|NATSUMI: Have been losing touch a little, but he'd be happy and content to chill with her again. Camp can be very busy, so he doesn't particularly mind. He enjoys talking to her, so it'd be easy to reconnect. They're chums! He also secretly adores her clothing style. Basically she's his favorite rider world person. :|a Onore Kamen Raidaa.

NANGO|NATSUMI: He doesn't feel actual hard feelings over the whole not being told about her relationship thing. Of course she should have told him, since he has been rooting for them for over a year! But he is not the type to hold a grudge but he believes in retribution. So. After she hasn't gotten dessert from him in a month, he won't bring it up again. And pester them both about the relationship proper. And try not to explode while actually keeping it to himself. Well, he might talk to Genta and Yuusuke. THEY ALREADY KNOW ANYWAY. NO HARM DONE, RIGHT? Anyway, he loev Natsumi. Forever and always. It's kind of a platonic friendcrush at this point. She's still a pretty girl! And those still fluster him sometimes. But he can safely say he's never been so open with any girl, either, so it's very special. He'll keep indulging it by spoiling her.

PHILIP|NATSUMI: She's a sis. He felt a bit awkward for the first time in a long while when she discovered that he was dying and the way he was dealing with it, but since that is no longer an issue he has shrugged it off. He's accepted that they care for each other! It's no longer Shoutarou's Girlfriend, it's just. Natsumi-chan. Our sane neighbour. Who has pretty hair like my big sisters.

PHILIP|KOTOHA: Oh it's that tiny bumpkin I kissed once and who knows about wood. :|a

J|NATSUMI: trololol OKAY SO he likes her, as genuinely as he allows himself to like anyone. And he comfortable switches between teasing her like he would a grownup and being a big brother figure, which is his comfort zone. It confuses her and amuses him. All is well. The fact that she doesn't judge him is bemusing at best, but he mostly attributes it to naiveté and an odd hero type of faith in people. It's her opinion. He has already warned her that she could be let down. It's all he can do, really.

HINO|NATSUMI: They're chill. Hino generally has a better way of dealing with women because he is more polite and more apprehensive about not being a complete asshole to them. He's still blunt, and will share his thoughts with her if they interest him. But usually he leaves the talking up to Azuma-senpai. He'd be happy to train her, though. He's been sort of starved for something to do in gymnastics again. Where my challenges at? :'|

OZU|KOTOHA: UHH how does I dealing with moe. She is so polite and it makes him uncomfortable. He is obviously a yankee proper. And pretty impolite. So he feels like he clashes with her a lot, but she is too polite to let it bother her. It'll take a while before it turns into acceptance. Her type isn't company he is used to. :|a

OZU|NATSUMI: Well, since she sort of accidentally got to know more about him than he wanted her to, he has had to deal with it. In turn, since they went drinking together and he got to know more about her, he is. . . more comfortable with her company than he lets on. Not always! He still keeps to himself a lot and disappears regularly because he doesn't want company when he slowly chokes to death again. But when he's feeling alright, he's cool hanging out with her these days. And the fact that he's reviving her delinquentesque tendencies is seriously amusing.

Kotoha → Ryuunosuke Kotoha loev Ryuu-san. Forever. She is feeling exceptionally guilty because she appears to be missing most of what is happening with her teammates! And doesn't understand a lot of what she does catch (dating, how does it even work)! But she's trying very hard although she's certain that they're probably finally growing apart like a bunch of people warned her they would, and there's not a lot she can do about it. She'd still do anything for him, even if that turns out to be true.

Kotoha → Ozu He doesn't really bother her at all, you're right. The moe doesn't afraid of much of anything, mych less a yankee. To her he seems like he's kind of the loner type, and she respects that for the most part, though she'll happily talk with him if they happen to be in the same place. She keeps a causal eye on him when she sees him out and about, just in case anything should happen, though. It's kind of her job.

Kotoha → Philip Didn't we kiss once? Oh right, the boy with the blank book. She might still wonder about that if she recognized him.

Natsumi → Ryuunosuke Thank you for being for the most part completely normal. She appreciates it more than she lets on. She's still a little guilty for accidentally letting her boys wreak havoc in their world but for the most part, it's water under the bridge and everything turned out alright, so she's content just being chummy with the Shinkengers in general. She admires his ability in most things, and might be a little jealous of the obvious relationship he's got with all of his friends, but she doesnt hold it against him or anything.

Natsumi → Nango SHE DOES FEEL BAD FOR NOT SAYING ANYTHING, THINGS ARE JUST WEIRD, OKAY? She has in fact been kind of getting the idea that she was probably more wrong than she thought to keep it a secret from her best friends, but she can't change it. He's still one of her favourite people in Camp, and the day they get separated she will in fact cry openly, because she thinks of him as another member of her really weird extended family. I am sorry you have to be related to Daiki.

Natsumi → Philip She has in fact managed to get very attached to him, even independently of knowing Shoutarou. He's endearing. After that canon update scariness, she's really just relieved he's alright more than she wants to ask a million questions. Her history with things disappearing is not the best and she thought for a moment they'd actually managed to lose someone in Camp for good. He's a bro. Permanently.

Natsumi → J Hi, you twist my morals into big heavy knots. It's really because of Tsukasa that she believes that he can be better than the things he's already done, and she knows that she could be disappointed, but she's been disappointed by Tsukasa, too. She doesn't know that things will turn out the way they did with that terrorist, but she thinks he deserves a chance to try. What he does is completely on him, but she won't say she won't at least give him the opportunity. At the same time, she does believe that he should be punished in some capacity for what he's done, because that's the way that it works. It's confusing for her and she tries really hard not to think about it too hard anymore and just value the way he treats her (which is nice, and she likes it, though for a while she felt really guilty when Otoya was here because she was close with him, too) and do her best to be a good friend. If he did end up doing something in Camp, she'd beg him to call it off and give him the chance to do it, but she'd do her job if he didn't listen. Because that's what she'd have to do. It would be like taking vinegar and she would hate it, but she would.

Natsumi → Ozu She's quite fond of him. And she respects that he wants to do things his way! For the most part. It still leaves a poor taste in her mouth that neither he nor Hiro want to do things re: this rejected artificial lung transplant the logical way, but she knows by now she can't outright make them do anything. So she's just resigned to keeping a close watch on him when he'll let her, and for the most part respecting his space when he won't. She'd go looking around a bit if he disappeared for too long, especially with ~things happening in Camp, but less out of wanting to bother him and more out of concern that he's been eaten by a virus or a bear or something. She likes to hang out with him, even though he is a terrible damn influence and she sort of knows it, but she knows and hangs out with a lot worse (see above) and isn't at all worried or intimidated. She sees him as a generally good person with some delinquency issues, and really, since when is that a bad thing ...? :)a

Natsumi → Hino Yes, please do teach me. :D She might not act like it, but she values his sense of honesty a lot (she'll still get tsun all over everything and pufferface a lot, I'm sure, but when it comes down to it as long as it's honest and not just vindictive, she'll get over it). She wants to get to know more of Azuma's teammates in general since she appears to have some kind of brosismance going on with the guy, anyway.

SHOUTAROU|PHILIP: Can it even be put into words? Sharing bodies, merging bodies, being mindconnected at times, being more or less pathetic when separated. That's them. Shoutarou is everything to Philip. Their dynamic defines them both! When he disappeared for a while, he didn't really know what to do with his time and lost track of his daily routines, like.. forgetting to eat... basically Philip is still the younger one who spends hours doing research and who needs to be reminded to live a little. He's doing better on his own these days, but he'll never stop relying on Shoutarou.

SHOUTAROU|RYUUNOSUKE: Ryuunosuke fully enjoys his company. They're good bro material! Doing fun stuff like karaoke together and talking like ~men. He's always happy to stop by when he sees him.

SHOUTAROU|J: Lol. Like most of the people he talks to regularly, it simply amuses J to troll him a little. He was one of the few guys left who still didn't seem to know who he is, until iirc Otoya personally warned him? Whichever.

RIN|NANGO: He feels like he understands his kouhai a little better after all these months! They've had bonding experiences. They've fought. Their relationship has grown! He is almost, almost comfortable with him fussing over his looks, because he knows that at least it makes Rin happy. The rest is just token indignation. He also secretly thinks he is a pretty cool dude, even if he is aware of his narcissism. And not afraid to point it out. BUT I AM SENPAI, THEREFORE I TOP

RIN|RYUUNOSUKE: Ryuunosuke feels a ~bit awkward about the mistletoe thing. Kissing facetwins is a weird experience to say the least. That aside, he has come to like Rin! As long as he doesn't mock his fashion sense, which is a sore spot.

YUKIMURA|OZU: Wow that is awkward. Similarly to Natsumi, Yukimura knows a looot more than he was supposed to. It was kind of a weird start because he saw Ozu at a pretty vulnerable time, and now that he's slightly more used to Camp he is trying to stay at distance. Because Yukimura seems to have a weird kind of ~understanding his confused, bitter feelings and the sickness stuff, and nnno he doesn't want a soulmate go away pretty boy.

MIZUSAWA|HINO: Better than before! They were so completely awkward when they first came to camp. Hino has been able to get to know him better since then, a little, because he sort of forced himself to. The complete unease in their atmosphere was frankly grating on his nerves. How does I becoming bros with team mates? There's a long way to go. But surely dancing in drag together will help.

OKAJO|OZU: More awkward. He did sort of try to kill the guy, which is no longer necessary now, but could still happen anytime because of stupid clone genetics. He'll never get a proper apology from Ozu, and he's not sure if he feels guilty for what he's done, but it's not like they can become friends anyway. It's hard to stay away from him and ignore the magnetics, but he'll most likely keep it at not-so-companionable silence unless camp triggers anything else. In any case, Ozu isn't bent on fixing the awkward. It is sort of a little fun still to see Okajo flinch. :'D

KAZARI|PHILIP: Can be summarized as :|a on Philip's end. Until canon updates to crossover happen. He'd feel like they might get along if it didn't feel sort of unsafe. Not that he is prone to trusting anyone. There's something fascinating about Kazari. HE'LL BE WATCHING.

Ozu|Yukimura Oh, dear. Yukimura sort of gets you, sort of a lot, Brozu. He just wishes you'd let him help. He knows exactly what it's like having something stopping you from doing something you love, and he was just lucky enough to get the best outcome. HE WANTS TO HELP. LET HIM HELP. Since you're resistant, he'll try harder. It's a circle of jesusing.

Ozu|Okajo DISTRUST. You're still a better option than Hiro and Gota but lllet's face it, that's not saying much at all. Their personalities clash nastily and paranoia and bitterness don't go too well together, either. They could maybe sorta get along well enough if they tried? Maybe. Probably not.

Philip|Kazari Hmm. HMMM. Something a little off with you, cat-owning young man. Can't quite place it. Curiosity is all up in this right here. Must learn more!

GENTA|RYUUNOSUKE: Ryuunosuke has been feeling a little guilty lately because most of the time, when they talk, it's about Takeru. Which is fine in itself since Genta knows him so well, but it's not all their friendship is about! He has been meaning to do something casual with him, like suggesting to train together or help him with Kaoru instead. Not that he would ever admit to it. At the same time, Ryuunosuke has been trying to rely on him less when it comes to dealing with his boyfriend. To greater and lesser success. :|a

GENTA|NANGO: Bros, chefs, soulmates, nothing new here! Needs to squee with you over Tsukasa/Natsumi. Soon.

SHUICHI|OZU: Basically? Lol what a loser. He enjoyed bullying him because he was an easy victim and Ozu hasn't done it in a while, being fairly bitter since he came to camp. It let off some steam. And felt pretty amazing. HE'S NOT SUCH A GOOD GUY. This is not a friendship in the making.

CHIAKI|RYUUNOSUKE: Ryuunosuke loves Chiaki with his big sappy puppy heart. Like a bro. He doesn't feel so much at ease squabbling with anyone else, because he appreciates how well Chiaki understands him. And has from the start. Sometimes it can be a pain to hear the truth coming from his biffle when he's bent on denying, but in the end it means a lot to him to have someone like that. Sometimes he worries if he can offer the same to Chiaki, but then they have one or another weird bonding moment or get ambiguously tied together and it sweeps away his concerns. HE ALSO MISSES HIM. LET'S DO MORE. ALWAYS. The Takeru thing makes him feel quite awkward when it comes to Chiaki, because he doesn't know his thoughts on their relationship and doesn't want to bring it up either. Aftering sharing a room with them for months, Chiaki probably already knows more than he wanted to. On the other hand, he is completely supportive of his thing with Kotoha! And might get a bit pushy because Chiaki doesn't seem very proactive and Ryuunosuke is too old school to accept it. Woo the girl, damn it!

TSUKASA|RYUUNOSUKE: ONORE KAMEN RIDAA okay no, you are sort of okay I suppose since Natsumi says so she must have a point. Personally, he infuriates Ryuunosuke. He realizes that it's done on purpose, but he jumps on it every time anyway. It's what a ham does. They could probably.. work out... if the situation really called for it. But then he is also Tono's loud watchdog, so Ryuunosuke is always going to view what he does with mixed feelings. SWAPPING SWORDS. REALLY?

TSUKASA|NANGO: Nango thinks Tsukasa is the coolest shit since frozen yogurt and that will never change. You still have something coming for getting the girl and then not telling him, though. There's also very slight superhero envy because Tsukasa is one of the first riders he knew. He defended him when Yuuto was all DON'T BE FRIENDS WITH THAT PERSON because you don't tell Nango Ryuuji not to be friends with someone he likes. Basically, he would smack a bint for you, not that you would ever need it. Teach me how to fight kaijin, damnit, I can't keep swinging random metal poles forever.

TSUKASA|PHILIP: Peaceful coexistence? Who knows. They haven't interacted much, have they? Let's rectify, because he likes Natsumi well enough and stuff. Also, fellow riders. I AM BLANKING ON THIS ONE, FRANKLY

YELLOW|NANGO: Haven't seen each other in ages, which I blame on my drop in activity with Nango. :( She is still his favorite chibi and playing with her pokemon is a guilty pleasure. THEY ARE SO COOL.

TAKERU|RYUUNOSUKE: UNCONDITIONAL RABU FOREVER?? No really that is the best way to summarize it. Ryuunosuke adores Takeru as a lord and loves him from the bottom of his heart as a person, and he is endlessly grateful to be able to date him. The idea of Takeru liking him in that way still makes him flail and keysmash and he is too humble to assume it, which sometimes results in dumb things because Ryuunosuke takes himself back too much. He is just used to existing solely for Takeru as a vassal, so he takes a similar approach in their relationship. He enjoys giving to him! There are a lot of concerns and insecurities (http://wetfortono.livejournal.com/15869.html?thread=2060541#t2060541) he is refusing to bring up anymore because he wants to focus on making the relationship work out in the present. And it still makes him flail inside to address him by his first name, but the thought of slipping up and calling him Tono and facing his disappointment is even worse, so he is very careful to keep using it.

I think the fact that he is willing to face what the future holds for them and question his traditions underline how deep his feelings for Takeru lie. He is terrified of going home and making it work out in their home world, but for as long as Takeru has confidence he is able to feel the same. Somehow it'll work out.

He is also strongly attracted to Takeru physically, now that he has been subjected to being a lot more close to him. He used to appreciate his physique with an aesthetic sense of appreciation, but now that he is dating him and Takeru turns out to be pretty starved for physical attention, Ryuunosuke is more than willing to give. Camp makes it very awkward and tense, naturally. But he's going to put up with it.

JAN|RYUUNSOUKE: Ryuunosuke has missed Jan! He's a cute derp and a bro, even if he can be an idiot, Ryuunosuke trusts in him as a ranger.

JUBILEE|RYUUNOSUKE: He looks up to her a lot and is grateful to be her friend! She's fun and capable and sometimes flusters him with her nicknames or how she's interested in his cutiepie boys' love.

HIRO|OZU: Hiro confuses Ozu so much. He's a creeper so his natural reaction is to push him away, but then the magnetics don't allow that and he figures he is not as bad and unsafe as Gota, so Ozu is a bit at a loss as to what to do. Especially since the lungs thing, he feels incredibly awkward because who the hell does that for another person they hardly know?! He is too stubborn to accept them, but at the same time it makes him feel like someone might actually care, in their own weird troll way. And that is exactly where he stops thinking about it. He's not sure if he wants to be friends with Hiro because of how intransparent he is and they could kill each other at any given moment. But then he also can't stay away from him. COMPLICATED COMPLICATED. He doesn't have many friends and Hiro is the better option between Gota the killer and Okajo the paranoid brat, but. That doesn't make him a good option.

I PROBABLY FORGOT SOMEONE. Feel free to keep asking questions even though I'll never get a reverse, you lazy thing. (♥)
